Dr. Gina de Wet completed
her chiropractic prerequisite studies at the universities of
Hawaii and Long Beach. Dr. de Wet additionally received her
Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Sonoma State. Dr.
de Wet is a graduate from the prestigious Palmer College of
Chiropractic West in San Jose California. Palmer is where
chiropractic began. It was founded by the discoverer of
chiropractic, D.D. Palmer, in 1897. It is the oldest and largest
Chiropractic college and Palmer alumni make up one-third of the
approximately 75,000 chiropractors currently in practice
worldwide. Dr. de Wet excelled in clinical training and earned
the Dr. Virgil V. Strang Award for Philosophical excellence, and
the Chiropractic advancement award for her graduating class.
Dr. Gina de Wet is very active in the
Napa community. She is a board member of the Napa-Silverado Red
Cross, an active member of the Napa Women's Club, Napa chamber
of commerce, Napa County Chiropractic Association and the
California Chiropractic association.
